We are specialising in regulatory affairs, technical support, and legal representative in Brazil. The premise of this service is to obtain the legal registration of products for animal use submitted to MAPA (Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, and Food Supply) in Brazil.

Dr Prof. Elisabeth Gonzales, PhD
Graduate from University of Sao Paulo USP. She completed her PhD in Animal Science from UNESP University - Jaboticabal campus and her Post-Doctored in Avian Physiology from Leuven University in Belgium.
She has been a technical consultant for many Scientific Journals (RBZ, RBCA, UEM, Ars Veterinarian). In 2021, Prof. Elisabeth set up G&D Brazil Consulting to advice feed additive companies to tailored them trials to fulfil with Brazil regulation procedures for the acquisition of the license to sell in Brazilian Market. Prof. Elisabeth also provide a legal representative for companies that having interested to have a subsidiary or dealing direct with big players in the animal feed market.
Prof. Elisabeth has spoken at more that 100 national and international congress. She has been published two theses, several book chapters, and more than a 200 scientific publications and abstracts listed in the web of science and proceedings of international congress. She also was awarded with 18 awards for research work in the area of broiler production, among them professional of the year promoted by APICO-FACTA in 2011.
Francisco E. Dias, DVM
Francisco Dias is a Brazilian veterinarian, graduated in 2004 and post-graduate diploma in Poultry Science at Federal University of Uberlândia, Brazil (UFU) in 2008. He also concluded two others post-graduated diploma: Poultry Science at the Scotland’s Rural College (SRUC) in 2013 and Marketing at Anglia Ruskin University from Cambridge, UK in 2017. Francisco have more than 15 years of experience in Livestock industry, worked more than 5 years in the biggest poultry and swine production call Brazil Foods - BRF in Brazil, as a poultry health manager. And 5 years as a Global Poultry Vet consultant at Vetworks in Belgium. In January 2017 since April 2018, he worked as a Corporate Product Manager for HIPRA in Spain, covering Newcastle disease portfolio vaccines for all continents. Francisco Dias has joined the Delacon team from Austria in July 2018 as a Global Corporate Technical Support part of the product development innovation team. And his previous role was as a Monogastric Country Manager in Zinpro, he worked with trace elements covering UK, Ireland and Scandinavia, based in Cambridge, UK. Currently he has been part of the WPSA UK Branch as a volunteer organiser helping the scientific committee to hold the 33rd Poultry Science Symposium in Cambridge in August this year. Together with Professor Elisabeth and our partners in Brazil we decided to set up the G&D Brazil Consulting company to help the feed additives companies to obtain the technical and legal registration in Brazil with less bureaucratical ways.
Dr Liliana Del Carmen Revolledo Pizzaro, PhD
Degree in Veterinary Medicine at the National University of San Marcos in Lima-Peru, Master in Experimental and Comparative Pathology at the University of São Paulo, PhD in Veterinary Sciences at the University of São Paulo, Post-doctorate at the Department of Pathology of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Zootechnics of the University of São Paulo.
International consultant in the field of veterinary products intended for animals (veterinary medicines and animal feed products), with IICA, SGCAN and WOAH.
Extensive professional experience in regulatory matters in Latin America, from Mexico to Chile related to the gap analysis and authorization of products for veterinary use (including additives for animal feed and animal nutrition), general, pre-clinical and clinical research studies. Development of veterinary medicinal products, trial plans and study designs that meet technical scientific and regulatory requirements.
